CLOSE-UP BÅTEN
CLOSE-UP BÅTEN, Europe's craziest heavy metal cruise, will leave
Stockholm, Sweden, on November 15 for Turku, Finland, and return the
following day.

Buying tickets
Ticket prices start at 395 SEK (approx 42 EUR)! All concerts, heavy metal disco and heavy metal karaoke are included in the price.
Buy your tickets by calling Tallink Silja, the shipping company, at +46 8 666 33 33. Unfortunately, fans from abroad can't order tickets to the cruise via the internet. When placing your order, don't forget to include the booking code: CLOSETURBO.

M/S Galaxy with its 1.000 cabins can easily accommodate 2.800 passengers. There are four different restaurants, five bars (of which one is open 24 hours), three tax free shops and an excellent sauna department. More information here: http://www.tallinksilja.com/en/shipsAndTerminals/galaxy/
Check-in
Check-in is at Värtaterminalen, Stockholm, Sweden. Map:

Check-in opens in terminals 1,5 hours before and closes 20 minutes before departure, after which time there is no admittance to ship. Passengers with a vehicle must check-in at latest 1 hour before departure in car check-in. The reservations for passengers or vehicles arriving later than these times are no longer valid.
Passengers must prepare for security checks in the terminals, where they should be able to provide valid proof of identity, such as:
Passport
Driving licence
ID card with photo, granted after 1.3.1999 (excluding temporary ID cards)
The obligation to provide proof of identity applies to all passengers, including those not required to present actual travel documents (see Passport and visa regulations). Those unwilling or unable to provide proof of identity and/or announce their identity upon request will not be allowed on board.
Connections
Local transportation:
Metro: red line towards Ropsten and get off at Gärdet station, and from there walk or take bus No. 1 to the Frihamn terminal.
Local SL-buses No. 1, 72 and 76 go to the Frihamn terminal.

Bus transfer:
Bus transfer from the City Terminal (bus stop Vasagatan 16, opposite side of Centralstation) to the Frihamn terminal. Duration approximately 20 minutes. Bus connection provided by: Interbus AB, Stockholm, tel 08-727 90 00.
You can buy tickets in the bus. Prices / one way: 35 SEK
With own vehicle:
From Northgate and Roslagstull follow signs E20N and the signs Frihamnen. On Tegeluddsvägen follow the signs showing the way to Frihamn terminal.
